Blue Nevus

Conception

Isolated spot with obvious edge. Diameter is about 1-8mm.

Clinical feature

1. Normal blue nevus.
1.1. Gray and blue small nodules, with obvious edge, growing slowly and the diameter are about 8mm.
1.2. Usually single damaged nodule,sometimes more.
1.3. Occurs in face and arms.
1.4. It won't be worse.
2. Cells Blue Nevus
2.1. Blue or blue-black larger nodules.
2.2. Occurs in buttock and sacrococcyx.
2.3. Born with, foliaceous, and obvious border.
2.4. Worsen to melanin tumor easily.

Histopathology

There is quantity of dermis melanocyte, locating in deep of the dermis, filled with melanin granular.

Method of treatment

No need to treat those unchangeable and diameter less than 1cm. By contrary, they should be cut off as soon as possible when it more than 1cm.
