Conception

Yellowish-brown or Black-brown and speckle pattern hyperpigmentation disease may occur in any part of body.

Clinical feature

1. It's occurred in the infant period or born, and will be stable or reduced in adulthood.
2. 1-2mm brown or black macule or elevating shape, which has regular edge and color.
3. No relation with season and sunshine.
4. Some or dozens of macules scattered in any part of the body.
5. No conscious symptoms, no self-healing tendency.

Histopathology

The melanin cells are increasing in quantity in basal layer.

Method of treatment

1. Pmise-IPL is the first choice.
2. All E-light equipments equal to IPL after RF turned off.
3. Big spot size of Q-switched single-pulse 400mj laser will be used for great results.
