Pmise MF-04

Multifunction

Pmise MF-04

  • One RF treatment handpiece(Cooling RW-VI with both Mono-polar and Bi-polar functions) and one E-light treatment handpiece (F+E).
  • Xenon lamp from USA ensures high energy output and long lifetime.
  • User-friendly Foldable TFT touch LCD.
  • Pmise E-light is a high-intelligent and non-ablative technology that simultaneously harnesses the power of Radio Frequency (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL).
  • IPL causes the skin to initiate a natural healing process that rebuilds new collagen and removes broken capillaries and pigmented lesions.

Overview

The MF-04 is a multifunction beauty machine that brings E-Light (IPL plus radio frequency) and a separate cooling RF handpiece together in one platform for professional skin treatment rooms. Clinics and distributors use it as a single workstation to cover skin rejuvenation, pigment and vascular concerns, unwanted hair, and skin tightening, instead of buying several stand-alone devices.

Two working handpieces ship with the system. The F+E handpiece delivers intense pulsed light combined with RF for E-Light treatments, and the RW-VI handpiece delivers cooling monopolar and bipolar RF for tightening and contouring work. An intelligent control system with a foldable TFT touch screen lets the operator switch modes and set parameters for each treatment area and skin condition.

Because the same cabinet serves several indications, the MF-04 suits growing clinics and multi-service beauty centers that want flexible capacity. If you are comparing platforms, see our Multifunction equipment range and the multifunction beauty equipment guide for how these systems fit a treatment menu.

How It Works

E-Light is a non-ablative technology that uses intense pulsed light and radio frequency at the same time. The light energy works on the selective photothermolysis principle, where a target such as melanin in a pigmented spot or hemoglobin in a dilated capillary absorbs specific wavelengths and converts that light into heat, while surrounding tissue is spared. Adding RF pre-heats the dermis, so lower light energy can reach the target and the treatment stays gentler on the surface.

The F+E handpiece uses interchangeable filters so the operator can match the wavelength band to the goal: a broad rejuvenation band for skin quality, a band tuned toward vascular lesions, and a longer band for hair removal that helps protect the epidermis on darker skin. A semiconductor cooling system chills the treatment window to protect the surface, ease discomfort during a session, and let useful energy reach deeper targets.

The RW-VI cooling RF handpiece heats dermal collagen in a controlled way. That heat disrupts the hydrogen bonds inside collagen, which causes immediate contraction for a tightening effect, and it also triggers a wound-healing style remodeling response over the following weeks that rebuilds collagen. Monopolar heads reach deeper tissue and support fat and contouring work, while bipolar heads act more superficially, so the operator can select depth by handpiece and head size.

Applications

The MF-04 is professional equipment for trained operators in clinics and beauty centers. Typical applications include:

  • Skin rejuvenation and improved skin texture, including finer pores and better elasticity
  • Pigmented concerns such as freckles, age spots, and post-inflammatory pigmentation
  • Vascular concerns such as facial redness and small dilated capillaries under about 3mm
  • Wrinkle reduction and skin tightening on face, eye area, neck, and body
  • Hair removal across common body areas, with careful settings for Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin
  • Support for acne-prone skin and for body contouring and fat-reduction routines

Results build over a course rather than a single visit. Suitability, energy settings, and session count should be decided per client after consultation and a test spot.

Key Advantages

  • Two handpieces, many services: one F+E E-Light handpiece and one cooling RW-VI RF handpiece with monopolar and bipolar heads cover rejuvenation, pigment, vascular, hair, and tightening from one cabinet.
  • Cooling for comfort and safety: a semiconductor epidermal cooling system protects the skin surface and helps keep sessions tolerable while energy reaches the target depth.
  • Wavelength flexibility: interchangeable filters let the operator tune the light band to the indication and to the client's skin tone.
  • Guided workflow: an intelligent control system and foldable TFT touch screen present mode-specific parameters, water-flow and temperature alarms, and a clear treatment interface.
  • Built for daily clinic use: a xenon lamp light source, water-cooled handpieces, and a serviceable cabinet are designed for repeat sessions in a working room.

FAQ

What skin concerns can the MF-04 treat?

It is a multifunction platform, so a single machine can address several goals: skin rejuvenation and texture, pigmented spots like freckles and age spots, facial redness and small capillaries, wrinkles and skin tightening, unwanted hair, and support for acne-prone skin and body contouring. The right choice for each client depends on a proper consultation and skin assessment by the operator.

Is it safe for all skin types?

E-Light suits a range of skin tones because RF lets the operator use lower light energy, and cooling protects the surface. Darker skin, especially Fitzpatrick IV to VI, needs careful settings for hair removal and pigment work. A low-energy test spot before full treatment is standard practice, and clients with contraindications such as pregnancy, pacemakers, or photosensitizing medication should not be treated.

How many sessions are usually needed?

Most concerns respond over a course rather than one visit. Manuals describe a typical course of about three to five sessions with recovery time between them, and results depend on the concern, the client's skin, and aftercare. The operator sets the interval and confirms progress at each visit rather than promising a fixed outcome.

Do operators need training, and what support comes with the machine?

Yes. This is professional equipment meant for trained operators who follow the parameter and safety guidance for each mode. Pmise supplies the user manual, operating guidance, and after-sales support, and we recommend hands-on training before the first client so that energy settings, cooling, and test-spot routines are used correctly.
